HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS “BAKE” THE EXERIENCE:
I use the best ingredients and every aspect is made from scratch. Many bakeries opt for using all margarine and cutting down on extracts to cut costs. My cookies have pure extracts, pure vanilla bean paste, uses real butter and cream cheese. That makes the difference! My chocolate flavorings use Black cocoa, which can only be described as a deep, rich chocolate experience of not too sweet and not too heavy.
My royal icing is made from homemade Meringue (not meringue powder!). This makes the difference. The meringue has a fresh bite and toothsome texture you can’t get from a processed powder. Everything is from scratch!
Cupcakes have an Italian Meringue Buttercream which means it isn’t just butter and sugar (most bakeries in the US use American Buttercream). It gives you a smooth and silky texture with just the right amount of sweetness that doesn’t make your teeth hurt.
