All decorated cookies are made with my vanilla bean rolled sugar cookie or some variation. The soft and mild texture of the rolled sugar cookie go perfectly with the crunchy and toothsome flavor of the royal icing. These cookies come in a variation of sizes from mini to mega and range from basic, detailed to elaborate.
VANILLA BEAN ROLLED SUGAR COOKIE
Made in a home kitchen that has not been subject to standard inspection criteria.
Ingredients: All-purpose flour (Bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour. Niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream cheese culture, salt, stabilizers (carob bean and/or xanthan and/or guar gums), sugar, butter (cream, milk, natural flavor), eggs, lemon, baking powder, vanilla bean paste (Heavy Cream (milk), Mono And Diglycerides, Carrageenan, Disodium Phosphate, Polysorbate 80, Sodium Citrate), pure vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives from water), pure almond extract (Water, Alcohol, Oil of bitter almond.), butter extract (Water, Propylene Glycol, Artificial Flavor, and FD&C Yellow 5.), salt, pepper. Royal Icing: confectioners’ sugar, egg white, whipping cream (Heavy Cream (milk), Mono and Diglycerides, Carrageenan, Disodium Phosphate, Polysorbate 80, Sodium Citrate). salt. Food Coloring: water, sugar, one or more U.S. certified colors, modified corn starch, vegetable gum, citric acid and less than 1/10th of 1% sodium benzonate and potassium sorbate (as preservatives) Edible Accents: Sugar, cornstarch, vegetable oil (palm, palm kernel), rice flour, contains less than 2% of the following: palm oil, cocoa with alkali, confectioner’s glaze, red 40 lake, yellow 5, yellow 5 lake, red 3, blue 1 lake, dextrin, gum acacia, xanthan gum, titanium dioxide (color), natural and artificial color, soy lecithin, carnauba wax, potassium sorbate (preservative), artificial color, mono- and diglycerides, polysorbate 60.
